Job overview

The company seeks to hire a seasoned sales manager to develop sales strategies and execute them. He/ She will be responsible for managing organizational sales by developing business plans and exceeding planned targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.

  • Meeting planned sales targets.

  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

  • Tracking sales targets and reporting results as necessary.

  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

  • Client acquisition & retention
  • Establishment & tracking product distribution channels
  • Coordinating with the marketing team on lead generation.

  • Training Sales team.

  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education.

  • Promoting the organization and products.

  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.


Candidate Specification:

Education: Bachelors degree
Experience: 5 years
Skills: Communication Skills , Marketing and Sales skills , Negotiation skills , leadership skills
Ability to: Communicates and influences effectively , To understand customers need , Approach potential customers to establish relationships , to take initiative
Culture: Multicultural
Software:
Knowledge of: knowledge on microsoft applications , the product , buyer's psychology
Personality: Hard working , Result oriented. , Cooperative , Flexible & Reliable

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.

  • Having a track record of exceeding targets.

  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

  • Experience in customer relationship management.

  • Experience managing and directing a sales team.
