  • Bachelor’s degree/advanced diploma in Business Management or any related field.
  • 5+ years’ of experience and management training
  • Management experience.

  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Computer skills to include: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent English and Swahili  written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Qualifications

  •          Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
  •          Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
  •          Set information flow routine office - cleaning sites
  •          Develop and implement forms for cleaning supplies requirement from site supervisors
  •          Develop and implement KPI for staff
  •          Develop and implement customer satisfaction survey
  •          Document track and analyze survey result to improve company quality standards
  •          Document tracking, reduce fuel expenses by setting optimal routine for deliveries and other movement of company vehicles
  •          Document and track maintenance reports for company vehicles and cleaning equipment
  •          Visit existing  for analyzing needs and provide accordingly optimal solutions
  •          Visit tendering sites for survey and make site cleaning plan
  •          Analyze cleaning expenses and reduce cleaning cost by improving performance
  •          Assisting with tender preparation.
  •          Assisting with budgeting
