Main Duties

  • High School Diploma
  • Driver’s License
  • Knowledge of grader and other heavy equipment.
  • Knowledge construction materials, construction processes and industry requirements.

Candidate Specification:

Education: A-Level
Experience: 3 years
Skills: Communication , grader operation skills
Ability to: Work independently as well as in a team , Detailed oriented with the ability to focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail , Comprehend and adhere to health and safety regulations and standards , Able to manage time effectively , Pay attention to details
Culture: Multicultural
Software: basic computer
Knowledge of: grader and heavy equipment
Personality: Dependable & team player. , Attention to details , Result oriented.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Operate the grader and other heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
  • Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
  • Operate grader controls to regulate height and angle of the grader blade and lower scarifier to loosen packed soil to permit grading.
  • Ensure a sound understanding of the issues involving ground disturbance.
  • Operate other heavy equipment and other construction related duties as required.
  • Must examine situations in light of the principles of the Code of Ethics Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.
  • Work with Safety Department to investigate damage, incidents or near misses in the worksite, and ensure proper procedures are carried out according to the Company’s Safety Program.
  • Work in a safe, responsible manner to not intentionally or unintentionally injure oneself, or endanger the wellbeing of others.
  • Collaborate with any project teams on other special initiatives, as required.
